Michael C. Sexton, P.E., AICP grew up on a citrus ranch in Southern California.  After surviving four years at Duke University, he became a Transportation Planner.  Over the past four decades, he has participated in numerous transportation projects throughout the USA, as well as Hong Kong, Taipei, and the Kingdom of Thailand.  Recently, he was responsible for the re-designation of more than 200 miles of Texas highways for use as I-69 along the east side of Texas.
