Dr. Jeff Arnett is currently deputy superintendent of the Eanes-Westlake Independent School District. From 2001 to 2008, though, Jeff was director of education and public programs for the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY, where he led several award-winning instructional initiatives. Under his guidance, the acclaimed museum produced a series of electronic field trips viewed annually on public television by 20 million students and teachers throughout North America in collaboration with The New York Times andHarperCollins Publishers. While at the Hall of Fame, Jeff moderated programs with such notable public figures as First Lady Laura Bush, talk show host Larry King, actor James Earl Jones, sportscaster Dick Enberg, and many legendary athletes, authors and personalities in sports history. In addition, Jeff secured multi-year federal grants and private partnerships to support museum programs, and he played a key role in special events for as many as 80,000 visitors and dignitaries.
