Leslie Wiley is the Treasurer for the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT). ERCOT manages the flow of electric power to 24 million Texas customers – representing about 90 percent of the state’s electric load. Leslie manages the debt portfolio, insurance program and approximately $1 billion in cash and investments. She has been in this role since 2014 and was the Treasury Manager at ERCOT for the previous 4 years.

Leslie was the Director of Treasury Operations for a healthcare consulting firm in Wisconsin prior to moving to Austin in 2009. She also serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Vela. Vela is a nonprofit organization that empowers families of children with special needs through hands-on information, resources and support.

She received her degree from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater and is a Certified Treasury Professional.
