The Texas Capitol Vietnam Veterans Curriculum is designed to invite students to become historians as they help preserve the stories of those who experienced the Vietnam War. Students learn about the war through the words of those who lived it, the friends, families, and fellow soldiers of those who did not come home, and become active participants in the preservation of the war's history. The curriculum brings together students of English and history courses and allows them to make authentic connections in the classroom.
