Danny Soufi, a sophomore at Westlake High School, is a sports car racing champion from Austin, Texas. He started racing a Mazda Miata in 2014 at the age of 10. By age 11, Danny won his first race, which was followed by his first racing championship at the age of 12. At 13 years old, Danny started racing in the Spec Miata Series, one of the most competitive racing series in the United States. He won his inaugural race, the first of many more wins to become the youngest driver to win the Spec Miata championship. This year, he will be making his debut into pro racing. Danny will be racing in Pirelli World Challenge, competing for the TCA Class Championship. When he is not racing, Danny enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, eating, iRacing, designing mobile web apps, and computer illustration.
