Mike Pugh is the creator of Above All Adventures and its Program Life launch. Above All Adventures is a California based nonprofit designed to teach life skills and personal leadership skills through seminars and outdoor adventure programs. Life Launch is an adult program designed to teach personal leadership skills, goal setting skills and lifestyle design. Both of these programs come from Mikes deep desire to share his love of the skills and processes that have been acquired over the last 20 years of his own personal journey.

Mike found recovery in 1999 and has since taken his life of darkness and despair and changed it into one of purpose, passion and service to others. A member of Alcoholics Anonymous from the start, Mike has learned vital life skills and processes that enable change. A student of personal development for the last 20 years, he has become a professional through many different courses, seminars and experiences.

Mike is currently traveling and writing using these skills to continue to create his lifestyle by design. He has also taught others through Life Launch how to create and live with passion, strength and personal integrity. Mike is a professional ski instructor, raft guide, all around outdoor enthusiast. Mike has been a mentor through Big Brothers of Nevada County for the last 7 years and continues to be involved in community service groups and activities. Mike has been writing and blogging about life style design and has a book in process. Mike looks forward to leaving a legacy of good living, learning and teaching and being of service to those around him.
