Chris Ellis, Endeavor Real Estate Group

As an Endeavor Managing Principal, Chris Ellis actively pursues opportunities for the development or acquisition of retail, mixed-use and self-storage projects.

Relevant Experience
Chris draws on experience accumulated during a career that began in 1993, including the development of more than 4.3 million SF of retail space and over 500,000 SF of self-storage facilities. Since joining Endeavor in 2001, he has been instrumental in the development of many of the company’s high-profile projects, including the Domain, Southpark Meadows, University Oaks, 1890 Ranch, Shady Hollow Village, Lakeline Village and Springtown Center.

Chris previously served as Principal in charge of the Retail Division of Trammel Crow Company’s Austin office, where he developed or redeveloped more than 900,000 SF of retail space. He was also responsible for the oversight of the company’s 4.5 million SF retail property management and leasing portfolio. Chris began his career in San Antonio, where he worked on retail development and redevelopment projects with The Weitzman Group/Cencor Realty Services.
