"Mediation allows parties to negotiate their differences with dignity in a confidential environment they control. A mediator who is patient, practical and persistent can almost always help find the common ground necessary to resolve any dispute. "
Rob Hargett

Rob Hargett has practiced law for more than 30 years, representing a variety of health care providers such as hospitals, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and nursing homes. He regularly defends individuals, businesses and governmental entities in personal injury lawsuits, commercial disputes and employment litigation. Rob also helps clients protect their licenses and professional reputations before state administrative agencies. He is also a trained mediator who can facilitate a resolution of legal disputes within all of these areas of the law, including family law.

Throughout his career, Rob has tried many high-profile cases in the state and federal courts, and secured favorable rulings defending clients against claims of malpractice, wrongful death, premises liability, and other lawsuits.

Rob received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1987, and a B.B.A. (cum laude) in 1984, also from U.T.
