Jim Knox

Jim Knox, also known as Knoxie is best known as one most unique sports reporters in television. Knoxie who has been called the fans best friend was a mainstay on Fox Sports where he roamed the sidelines during College Football’s Big 12 game of the week and served as roving reporter in the stands for the Texas Rangers. He’s also the roving reporter for Westlake Nation and can be found at Westlake football games.

Known for his ability to find the unusual fan stories, Knoxie is not your typical reporter or host. His stories have included running with Ralphie the Buffalo, the University of Colorado mascot, body surfing the crowd at Kansas State football games and leaping off buses onto couches during tailgate parties.

Prior to Fox Sports, Knoxie spent three years as a sports anchor and reporter for Austin FOX affiliate KTBC-TV. Jim has been awarded Sportscaster of the Year 4 consecutive years.
