Corinne Smith is the principal and founder of Corinne Coaches, where she leverages her certification as a life coach to guide professional women through a strategic process, helping them elevate their careers with confidence and clarity.

With over two decades of experience as a licensed attorney, Corinne specializes in healthcare regulatory law and transactions. She has been in-house counsel for UT Health San Antonio and Seton Family of Hospitals (now Ascension) and was a partner with two big law firms, Strasburger Clark Hill and Winstead. She currently practices law part-time with Hill Health Law and serves as an adjunct professor of Health Law in Trinity University’s Healthcare Administration Graduate program. Corinne holds a Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University and both a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Science from Trinity University in San Antonio.

Deeply involved in the legal community, Corinne is active in the Austin Bar Association and also is a Life Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. She is a sought-after speaker on various topics, including mindset, career satisfaction, business development, building strong networks, and legal marketing. Corinne is also the former host of the On Her Shoulders podcast, where she led authentic and vulnerable conversations with accomplished women about finding joy in their professional journeys.
