Thomas Kim, CEO

Thomas has dedicated his 30-year career to community service, and he is currently the CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas. He recently served as the President & CEO at CAO of WNY (a $50M+ organization). He also held key executive roles, including First Deputy Chief of Chicago’s IPRA, Superintendent and Deputy Director of Illinois DJJ, and Chief of Investigations for NYC’s CCRB. Thomas’ expertise involves organizational re-engineering/restructuring, increasing revenue & efficiency, and risk mitigation. His professional career also includes serving in senior executive roles at Thresholds, MHALA, and Beacon Therapeutic & ABTC. A decorated disabled combat veteran, Thomas served three combat tours and is the recipient of two Bronze Star Medals.

Stacy Albrecht, Chief Advancement Officer

Stacy is a native Texan raised in Fort Worth and has resided in Austin for the past 25 years. She is a graduate from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Nursing and currently serves as the Chief Advancement Officer for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas leading the development and communication team and a $30M capital campaign to expand the Ronald
McDonald House. She has had an extensive career in neonatal, pediatric trauma and maternal fetal nursing. She also worked as a nurse consultant for Johnson & Johnson and in hospital medical sales in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. Prior to working at RMHC CTX she was VP of Development & Communications at Side by
Side Kids in Austin. She is a graduate of the Leadership Westlake program and actively involved in numerous organizations in our community. Stacy’s passion for helping vulnerable children and families has been her driving force in
her professional and personal life. She is a proud mom of three grown children, all graduates of Westlake High School.
