We prepare sandwiches and other meal items and assist as needed with loading trucks with food, clothing and other toiletries that will be distributed that evening to those in need. Volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

The Travis County Sheriff’s Office Brown Santa program is a “Community Event for the Community by the Community” that spreads the joy of the Holiday Season by helping less fortunate children and families that may otherwise go without. Please join Westlake Rotary as we help load/unload trailers, warehouse set-up, sort food, wrap presents, etc. from 12:00-2:00 PM on Friday December 18.
Mask are required and social distancing measures will be observed.
We will conduct two socially distanced construction sessions on Saturday July 15 at 3600 Avendale Drive, Bee Cave, TX 78738. (Gate Code 8727).
The first session will be from 9 AM - 11 AM
The second session will be from 11 AM - 1 PM
We will be working outside and in a garage, please dress accordingly. Please plan on wearing a mask.
