Erik specializes in mindfulness techniques to optimize performance and build resilience for organizations, teams and individuals. His background includes a graduate degree in Sport & Performance Psychology from University of Denver and working for famous author (leader in integral and consciousness studies) Ken Wilber at his Institute in Boulder, CO. He started speaking to audiences by volunteering to speak at high schools as early as 2005 and since 2013 he has been working for the military as executive resilience trainer and performance consultant for the US Army.
